- 1pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 string cheese sticks, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Black olives, sliced
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- 24 ounces pasta sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Shape into 16 (2-inch) meatballs and place into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Insert one piece of string cheese into each meatball, letting the end stick out.
- Top each meatball with a slice of black olive.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package and drain.
- Toss spaghetti with pasta sauce.
- Serve meatballs over spaghetti.
