Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and combine well. I find if I let my sausage and cheese sit out for a little bit this is very easy to mix by hand. But you can use an electric stand mixer (I’ve even used my hand mixer) fitted with the dough hook attachment and mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop sausage mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes, or until brown.
