Ingredients
Scale
- ½ Cup Cottage Cheese – Full, Reduced, or Fat Free
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder – Chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Sweetener
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1–2 Ounces Milk Substitute – or Milk
Instructions

Add all of your ingredients into either a blender or food processor

Blend or process until smooth (add more Milk if your mix is too thick)

Optionally coat a microwave safe dish with cooking spray (if you want to remove it)

Pour in your mix

Microwave it on high for around 1-2 minutes depending on how powerful your microwave is (keep an eye on it)
