Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese – Full, Reduced, or Fat Free
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder – Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Sweetener
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 12 Ounces Milk Substitute – or Milk

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into either a blender or food processor
  • Blend or process until smooth (add more Milk if your mix is too thick)
  • Optionally coat a microwave safe dish with cooking spray (if you want to remove it)
  • Pour in your mix
  • Microwave it on high for around 1-2 minutes depending on how powerful your microwave is (keep an eye on it)
