Garlic Steak Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 10 oz grape tomatoes
  • 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini + water
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wing’s Parmesan Garlic sauce
  • Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning

Instructions

  • Cut steaks into cubes. Cut zucchini into smaller pieces and slice an onion.
  • Heat griddle over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp oil and add all veggies. Season with Heat Rile’s Garlic Butter seasoning. Add steak to griddle and season with the same seasoning.
  • Add one bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour some water on the tortellini. I used about 1/4-1/2 cup of water. Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and let cook for 3-5 minutes or until tortellini is tender and cooked.
  • Once tortellini is cooked, quickly stir in some Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and then remove the tortellini from the griddle.
  • Stir veggies and steak around until both are cooked to your liking. Top tortellini with the veggies and steak. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
