  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8– ounce cream cheese
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sliced kielbasa or another preferred cooked meat
  • salt and pepper according to your taste.

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into your crockpot, making sure everything is evenly distributed.
