Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1⁄2 lbs baby potatoes, quartered (or russet potatoes, diced)
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large baking dish or sheet pan.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Step 2: Assemble the Dish
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly in the prepared dish. Top with the sliced sausage.
  • Step 3: Bake
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  • Step 4: Add the Cheese
  • Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Step 5: Garnish and Serve
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
